Inna lillah wa inna ilayhi raaji’uun: Leader condoles demise of senior cleric Ayatollah Kashani

In a message released on Sunday morning, Ayatollah Khamenei condoled the demise of Ayatollah Emami Kashani to his family.

Ayatollah Khamenei also prayed to God to bestow divine forgiveness and blessings on him and elevate his ranks [in the Heavens] to the highest.

In a separate message, Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi also expressed condolences over Ayatollah Kashanis demise.

Provisional leader of Tehran Friday Prayers Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani passed away of a heart attack on Saturday at the age of 92.

Born on 3 October 1931, Ayatollah Kashani was a member of the Assembly of Experts.
