Iran’s Parliament Speaker Praises Hezbollah’s ‘Successful’ Operation Against ‘israeli’ Military and Intelligence Sites
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf has commended the Lebanese resistance group Hezbollah for its effective operation targeting critical military and intelligence sites of the Israeli regime.

Qalibaf expressed his views on his X account on Sunday, following the resistance movement’s launch of hundreds of rockets and drones targeting Israeli-occupied areas. This attack was in response to the July 30 Israeli airstrike that killed senior Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr in a building located in the southern Beirut suburb of Dahieh.
Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen television news channel, referencing trustworthy sources, announced that Hezbollah’s substantial drone and rocket attack on the occupied territories was executed with precision and success.
Hezbollah’s Secretary General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, referred to the retaliatory strikes as the “Arbaeen Operation.”
In his message, Qalibaf extended his salutations to Hezbollah fighters and the steadfast citizens of Lebanon, especially those in Dahieh.
“The Zionist regime’s loss today is comparable to its defeat in the 2006 conflict,” Qalibaf stated, alluding to the 33-day war between Hezbollah and Israel.
On July 12, 2006, Israel initiated a comprehensive military assault on Lebanon. However, Hezbollah forces managed to repel the offensive, compelling the Israeli military to withdraw without accomplishing its goals.
