Zionist raids and strikes across the occupied West Bank have resulted in the deaths of at least 11 Palestinians

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reports that Israeli airstrikes have targeted various towns throughout the occupied West Bank, resulting in the deaths of at least 11 Palestinians and injuries to 15 others.

Ahmed Jibril, the spokesperson for the PRCS, announced on Wednesday that two Palestinians were killed following a drone strike by Israeli forces on the city of Jenin. He further mentioned that an additional four individuals perished when their vehicle was targeted by a drone in a nearby village.

According to him, an additional five individuals were killed in an Israeli attack on the al-Fara refugee camp, situated to the south of the West Bank city of Tubas.

Israeli tanks surrounded the camp, blocking medical teams from accessing and aiding the injured.

Israel dispatched a significant number of troops to Jenin, Tulkarm, and Tubas to conduct extensive military operations in those regions.

The Palestinian fighters fiercely resisted the raids, successfully demolishing Israeli bulldozers.

In the meantime, the official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that the operation is a component of a large-scale military offensive initiated by Israeli occupation forces across various regions of the West Bank.

Israeli forces launched a significant offensive in Tulkarm, surrounding hospitals and restricting the movement of Palestinians in and out of the city, as reported by Wafa.

The violent assaults occurred two days following the deaths of seven Palestinians in an Israeli drone strike targeting a house in the al-Manshiya neighborhood of the Nour Shams refugee camp, situated near Tulkarm in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Several others were injured during Monday’s raid, when Israeli aircraft launched multiple missiles at the targeted residence.

Israel has intensified its assaults on Palestinian communities across the occupied territories since the onset of its devastating military campaign in Gaza. The violence has resulted in the deaths of over 640 Palestinians, including more than 100 children, due to both military strikes and attacks by Israeli settlers.

On October 7, 2023, Israel initiated a brutal offensive in Gaza, characterized by extensive destruction and loss of life, which some have termed genocidal. This action was a response to the unexpected Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, launched by the Palestinian resistance group Hamas in retaliation for years of violent oppression and devastation inflicted by the Israeli regime upon the Palestinian people.

To date, Israel has been responsible for the deaths of 40,476 Palestinians, with the majority being women and children.
