In the early hours of Saturday, a Palestinian youth was injured by gunfire during an Israeli military operation in the al-Fawwar refugee camp located in the southern region of al-Khalil. Meanwhile, on Friday, a group of armed Jewish settlers carried out an assault on a Bedouin community in Jericho.

Local reports indicate that Israeli forces conducted an operation in the al-Fawwar camp, deploying live ammunition and tear gas canisters throughout the camp’s alleys and streets. The incident resulted in a young man sustaining a leg injury.

In the northern region of Jericho, a group of armed settlers reportedly launched an attack on the Ras Ein al-Auja Bedouin community on Friday evening, resulting in the theft of several sheep, according to local sources.

Local official Hasan Malihat reported that several settlers, accompanied by trucks and guarded by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), forcibly entered the Ras Ein al-Auja community. During the incident, live ammunition was discharged, livestock shelters were searched, and two flocks of sheep were allegedly taken at gunpoint.

The Israeli military’s operations aimed at demolition and displacement in the northern West Bank reached their 41st day on Saturday in Tulkarem City and its adjacent refugee camp. Concurrently, the campaign in Nur Shams refugee camp marked its 28th day.
