Israeli forces apprehend 16 Palestinians in West Bank operation
The Israeli military conducted a series of operations in the occupied West Bank on Sunday, resulting in the detention of at least 16 Palestinians, as reported by local Palestinian media outlets.

In Ramallah, six Palestinians were apprehended during operations conducted in the towns of Silwad and Deir Qaddis, according to a report by the official news agency Wafa.
According to Wafa, Israeli military forces conducted operations in Ramallah and its neighboring towns, leading to the arrest of at least seven individuals following raids on multiple residences.
In a recent military operation at the Al-Far’a refugee camp located in Tubas, authorities apprehended an additional three individuals.
Tensions have escalated significantly in the West Bank, as reported by the Palestinian Health Ministry, with at least 930 Palestinians losing their lives and nearly 7,000 sustaining injuries due to military actions and assaults by Israeli settlers since the commencement of operations in the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
In a significant July ruling, the International Court of Justice declared Israel’s enduring occupation of Palestinian territories unlawful, urging the withdrawal of all settlements located in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
