Lebanese Health Minister Declares ‘israeli’ Violations Intolerable

Lebanese Public Health Minister, Dr. Rakan Nasereddine, has denounced the continued military actions by Israel, highlighting the violations and escalating tensions in the region.

Lebanese Public Health Minister, Dr. Rakan Nasereddine, has strongly denounced the continuous Israeli assaults and breaches of Lebanon’s sovereignty. He stated that the ongoing attacks on Lebanese soil, infrastructure, and residential zones represent a blatant contravention of international conventions and pose a direct threat to citizen security.

In a recent interview with Al-Manar Website, Nasereddine urged the entities backing the ceasefire agreement to fulfill their obligations and actively work to restrain the ongoing Israeli hostilities. He emphasized that the current circumstances cannot tolerate continued international neglect or silence, particularly given the increasing frequency of assaults.

The Health Minister has urged the international community to implement immediate and decisive measures to stop the aggressive policies and systematic violations perpetrated by ‘Israel’ against Lebanon. The Minister called for an end to the occupation’s hold on Lebanese territory and demanded a halt to the ongoing series of deliberate provocations that endanger regional stability.

Israeli military aircraft conducted a series of powerful airstrikes on forested and elevated regions in Kfar Tibnit and Nabatieh Al-Fawka in southern Lebanon, local media sources report. These operations reportedly expanded to affect several villages within the Nabatieh district.
