Sayyed Abdul Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi, leader of the Ansarullah Movement, has asserted that Israel openly aims to obliterate Al-Aqsa Mosque. He emphasized that the objective is explicitly stated, with actions toward this end being transparent and evident.
In a recent televised address, Sayyed Houthi accused adversaries of making near-daily incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, characterizing these actions as a concerted effort to establish a Jewish identity on the revered site.
Reports indicate that there are now 27 tunnels and excavations located beneath and surrounding the Al-Aqsa Mosque, a development perceived by some as an effort to destabilize the structure.
Sayyed Houthi has raised concerns over the structural integrity of the southern wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, describing it as precariously suspended without adequate support or protective foundations. Houthi highlighted ongoing tunneling activities beneath the mosque, which he claimed began in 2005. He also pointed out that these tunnels were officially opened six years ago, an event attended by the U.S. ambassador of that period, in collaboration with Israeli authorities.
The Houthi group has asserted that the Muslim community continues to remain silent rather than taking decisive action in response to the situations concerning the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds.
The Houthi group claims that the so-called “soft war” leaves the Ummah susceptible to annihilation, complete control, and ultimate domination by adversaries.
The machinery employed by Israeli forces for tunneling and excavations beneath Al-Aqsa Mosque and in Jerusalem is purported to undermine the historical and cultural integrity of Muslims. The Israeli military is perceived as lacking strength against the resilient Palestinian populace, resorting instead to what is described as acts of genocide in a bid to compensate.
Sayyed Houthi emphasized that the resilience of the Palestinian people is the main factor preventing the “Israeli” adversary from making significant progress in its wider ambitions.
Sayyed Houthi emphasized that Resistance and Liberation Day in Lebanon is a profound and momentous occasion, marking a crucial point in the ongoing struggle against the Israeli adversary.
In Syria, Houthi emphasized that the persistent airstrikes, incursions, kidnappings, theft, and looting attributed to “Israeli” forces serve as a stark reminder that no one is exempt from the threat posed by the “Israeli” adversary.
Sayyed Houthi underscored the Yemeni operations targeting the Israeli adversary and actions in the Red Sea as a gesture of support for Gaza. He further noted that the Israeli airstrikes on Yemen suggest the impactful nature of the Yemeni offensives.
In a recent statement, a spokesperson expressed that the current situation reflects the mounting pressure on Israel due to active operations in Yemen. They emphasized that this is seen as an advantageous development. The spokesperson further indicated plans to intensify efforts in solidarity with the Palestinian people, suggesting that future operations will be more potent and have a significant impact on Israel.
