Iran Initiates New Series of Missile and Drone Strikes Targeting Zionist Entity

The statement highlighted that the aerospace division of the IRGC has launched a new phase of operations in direct retaliation to renewed hostilities by the Zionist regime.

Sources indicate that the latest phase of ‘Operation True Promise III’ is concentrating on the strategically crucial port city of Haifa and its neighboring areas. This region hosts numerous vital military and industrial installations under the regime.

The strikes have primarily focused on several key strategic locations in Israel, encompassing military and industrial sites. Targets include oil refineries and electricity grids in Haifa, where ensuing fires have been reported.

A video has captured a significant blaze erupting at the Haifa oil refinery following the impact of multiple Iranian missiles, lighting up the night sky throughout the occupied territories.

A substantial fire has engulfed the Haifa oil refinery, producing thick columns of black smoke, as seen in recent images. Initial reports indicate that the resulting fire is releasing hazardous chemicals into the atmosphere.

Missile sirens echoed throughout the northern occupied territories, with alarms sounding across the Upper Galilee and Western Galilee regions, as well as in Nazareth and its surrounding vicinity, and extending to the city of Afula.

Reports from Israeli media indicate that Iranian precision-guided missiles have targeted and incapacitated key elements of the regime’s crucial electricity infrastructure.

Recent assaults have led to significant disruption in the power distribution network within central areas of the occupied territories, crippling a portion of the regime’s essential infrastructure.

A significant power outage has been reported in several Israeli settlements in the Galilee region of northern occupied Palestine, coinciding with a retaliatory operation by Iran.

Hebrew media outlets have reported that ammonia tanks in Haifa were hit by missiles, leading to fires and plumes of smoke visible across several locations in northern occupied Palestine.

Ahead of the new phase of the operation, the Iranian armed forces issued a warning to Israeli military pilots, encouraging them to surrender peacefully to ensure the safe landing of their jets without engaging in combat.

Fars News Agency, citing an informed source, reported that Iran deployed Emad, Qadr, and Kheibar Shekan missiles in its recent assault on Haifa and Tel Aviv.

In response to an Israeli offensive that occurred early Friday morning, which led to the deaths of senior Iranian military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians, including women and children, Iran launched a retaliatory operation.

Among those reportedly killed were Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces; IRGC Commander-in-Chief Hossein Salami; Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, head of the IRGC Aerospace Division; and senior IRGC commander General Gholam Ali Rashid.

Nuclear scientists Fereydoon Abbasi, Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, and Abdolhamid Minoucher were killed in separate attacks.

Prior to the commencement of the True Promise III operation on Friday, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, issued a stern warning to the Zionist regime. In a phone conversation on Saturday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas that messages and statements from Trump demonstrated that Israel’s aggressive actions against Iran were a direct consequence of Washington’s support for the regime.
