NAM condemns Israeli crimes in occupied lands

The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) condemned as illegitimate the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in the occupied Palestinian lands.
According to IRIB, Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva, Mohsen Naziri Asl, as the head of the movement at the last session of the 24th convention of the Human Rights Council, announced the usurpation of the Palestinian lands by the Zionists as illegitimate and in contrary to the international principles.
He took note of the recent report of the UN Secretary General to the convention over the occupied Palestinian territories and also deep concern expressed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navy Pillay, regarding the Israeli crimes including demolition of Palestinian houses and reiterated that not cooperative behavior and attitude of the regime with the international organizations is open violation of the internationally accepted laws and commitments.
The Iranian envoy to the UN office in Geneva also considered the continuation of Israeli usurpation policy as the main hindrance of the efforts to determine the fate of the oppressed Palestinians, and called for immediate end to the extension of illegal settlement constructions.
Naziri Asl also underlined the Zionist regime’s abidance by the verdict issued by the International Criminal Court regarding the apartheid separation wall installed by Israel.
