Iran acting responsibly amid US hostility: Commentator

Political commentator Lawrence Davidson says Iran was right to shoot down a US spy drone and is acting responsibly amid the Washington’s hostility toward the Islamic Republic.

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced on Thursday that its air defense force had shot down an intruding American spy drone in the country’s southern coastal province of Hormozgan.

Davidson said Iran had to shoot it down as it was carrying out “an intelligence action” against Iran.
