Arbaeen, greatest drill by world Muslims

Iranian cleric called Arbaeen as the greatest Muslim drill and unique rally held by people in the world.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Nasser Shokrian, director of the Islamic Promotion Organization in Mazandaran, in an interview with Iranian FARS News Agency hailed Arbaeen ceremonies, fortieth day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS) third Shia Imam, demanding for more efforts for better ceremonies in future, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He denounced the arrogant powers for hatching intrigues and funding huge amounts for fueling the disagreements between Islamic denominations, particularly Shia and Sunni communities and hailed Arbaeen 2015 as one of the greatest and unique human gatherings in the world.

He said,” Contrary to threats by terrorist and Takfiri (excommunication) groups in Iraq and the region, Arbaeen rally of 2015 was successfully held attended by 27 million of pilgrims from 60 countries from across the globe.”

The cleric called Arbaeen as the greatest drill by Shia community and highlighted the gathering as a manifest of anti-oppression move and the biggest convention held by Muslims.

According to the scholar praised the mourning ceremonies of Arbaeen as the biggest religious gathering in the world which presents the power of Islam to world people.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Shikrian referred to the remarks by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, stressing the importance of religious ceremonies and extended his gratitude for the Iranian pilgrims to Karbala as well as the warm hosting of Iraqi nation embracing mourners from across the globe.
