Iranian top jurisprudent noted that launching an anti-Takfir coalition by Al Saud proves their understanding the depth of threat posed by the terrorist group.
Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, senior Shia jurisprudent, met with Jordan’s Minister of Endowments and counted Takfir (excommunication) and Palestine as two important issues of the Muslim world, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The cleric warned against Takfir (excommunication) as the common enemy of the Muslim world and that Saudi Arabia will not be safe from Daesh threat.

He expressed regret over satisfaction of the enemies brought by different forms of crimes committed by Takfiri groups including destruction of the Islamic countries.”

The cleric called Saudi Arabia as the cradle for Takfiri movements stressing that even this birthplace will not be safe from the threats posed by Takfiri movement.

Professor at Qom Seminary called the issue of Palestine as the second crisis for the world of Islam calling the Zionist regime of Israel as number one enemy of all Muslims.

Ayatollah Makarem referred to the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against Palestinian nation and Al Aqsa Mosque and stressed them as some of the most important for Muslim scholars.

Still in another part of his remarks with the Jordanian minister, Iranian scholar said,” The issue of Takfir will not be resolved only through military options because it is a deviate ideology and it is quite weird that the school of thought is endorsed by Saudi government and being taught in their school books.”

He referred to the Saudi-led coalition of more than 30 countries formed against Takfiri movements and said,” This is a proof that Al Saud, as the mastermind of the terrorist Takfiri movement, has found the threat posed by the group.” and added,” To bring dispersion among Muslims is an intrigue by the enemies and they intend to promote Sunniphobia among Shia and Shiaphobia among Sunni communities.”

Top Shia jurisprudent hailed coexistence of different Islamic denominations across Iran.
