Ballistic Missiles Target Vital ‘israeli’ Site: Yemen Strikes Occupied Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport
The Yemeni Armed Forces have launched two distinct operations in response to the continued Israeli actions against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, as well as to protest the acts of desecration of the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem.

On Tuesday afternoon, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for Yemen’s military, reported that Yemeni forces conducted a retaliatory attack targeting Ben Gurion International Airport, located on the outskirts north of the city of Lod, utilizing a domestically produced Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile.
A domestically-developed Zulfiqar ballistic missile was used to target a strategic location east of Tel Aviv.
The Zulfiqar missile, recognized for its advanced maneuverability and radar-evading capabilities, boasts a formidable range exceeding 2,000 kilometers (1,242 miles), as per reports.
Saree emphasized that recent military operations were effective in achieving their intended goals, resulting in millions of illegal settlers seeking shelter and suspending air traffic at Ben Gurion Airport.
A high-ranking Yemeni military official has strongly condemned the continuous Israeli military operations in Gaza, describing them as a genocidal campaign. The official also criticized the severe blockade imposed on the local population and the persistent strategy of starvation, labeling these actions as unparalleled crimes in the annals of human history.
Saree emphasized the need for all freedom-loving individuals within the Yemeni nation, along with people worldwide, to take action in support of justice, defend humanitarian principles, and fulfill their responsibilities toward the oppressed Palestinian populace.
The Yemeni Armed Forces announced their intention to persist in retaliatory operations against the Zionist entity, intensifying their efforts deep within the occupied Palestinian territories.
Yemeni forces will continue their retaliatory actions in support of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip until the current hostilities cease and the stringent blockade is entirely lifted, a spokesperson declared.
As the conflict in Gaza intensified, Yemeni forces imposed a targeted blockade on critical maritime routes, aiming to halt the flow of military supplies to Israel. This move also seeks to pressure the international community to address the pressing humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced their intention to continue attacks unless Israel halts its military operations, both on the ground and from the air, in the Gaza region.
