Bloodthirsty zionist regime massacres 80 Palestinians in northern Gaza, with numerous individuals feared trapped under debris

Zionist aircraft have conducted a strike on a residential structure in the northern Gaza Strip, which had been housing displaced Palestinians. The operation resulted in the deaths of dozens of individuals, while a significant number remain trapped beneath the debris.

According to the Palestinian Shehab news agency, Israeli airstrikes on Tuesday resulted in the deaths of at least 77 civilians, including women and children, following the destruction of a five-story building in Beit Lahia.

Reports indicate that despite ongoing efforts by rescue workers, numerous individuals remain trapped beneath the debris as operations persist to locate survivors and recover the bodies of the victims.

Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, reported to Al Jazeera that the medical center has received numerous injured individuals. He expressed grave concerns over the potential fatalities due to insufficient resources.

He emphasized the urgent need for global intervention in response to the ongoing crisis in the Gaza Strip, urging the international community to refrain from mere observation of the situation. “We appeal to nations worldwide to dispatch specialized medical teams to provide critical care for the numerous injured individuals currently in hospital,” he stated.

The ongoing Israeli siege of northern Gaza, now in its several weeks, has resulted in the deaths of over 1,000 Palestinians and the destruction of numerous neighborhoods.

On October 7, 2023, Israel launched a significant military operation in Gaza following a major offensive by the Palestinian group Hamas. The escalation came amidst ongoing tensions and unrest, with the latest hostilities marking a continuation of the longstanding conflict between the two sides.

According to reports, the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip has resulted in the deaths of at least 43,020 Palestinians, a majority of whom are women and children, with 101,110 others sustaining injuries.

In a series of military actions, Israel has been accused of intentionally targeting structures, including buildings and tents, that are providing refuge to displaced Palestinians, prompting allegations of war crimes.
