Zionist Egpytian regime closed Rafah crossing for 47 days

The zionist-puppet Egyptian authorities continued to close the Rafah border crossing for 47 consecutive days, alestinian Interior Ministry said Tuesday.

Since the beginning of the year, the Rafah border crossing has been closed for 259 days.

The Ministry has called on Egyptian authorities to urgently open the Rafah crossing and to help stop the deterioration of the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.

The Ministry also demanded to allow the travel of thousands of people and the return of hundreds of others stranded on the Egyptian side of Rafah.

25 thousand people are in dire need for travel including patients, students and holders of foreign passports.
