China, Bolivia mark 25th anniv. of ties

A ceremony was held in Beijing on Friday to celebrate the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Bolivia.

About 120 guests from China and Bolivia attended a reception hosted by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) in the Chinese capital to mark the event, Xinhua reported.

At the reception, the Bolivian ambassador to China spoke highly of Bolivia-China relations, saying their friendship and cooperation have entered a new phase.

Ambassador Fernando Rodriguez Urena added that the two nations complement each other in many areas, noting that he believes there is great potential for cooperation.
