Confrontations near Ofer jail

Palestinian young men clashed with Zionist Israeli occupation forces (IOF) near the Ofer jail to the west of Ramallah on Thursday, local sources reported.

Eyewitnesses told the PIC that dozens of young activists and relatives of prisoners gathered near the Beitonia military roadblock and raised signs calling for releasing those prisoners and for responding to the prisoners’ demands after 24 days of hunger strike.

IOF soldiers in the area attacked some of the media teams and prevented citizens from reaching the barrier.
