Gaza: Citizens urged to perform Tarawih prayers in border camps

The Higher National Commission for the Great March of Return and Breaking the Siege has called on all citizens in the Gaza Strip to perform the night prayers of Tarawih in the camps of return found along the eastern border.

In a brief press release, the commission said there would be a special daily program in these camps during the holy month of Ramadan.

For its part, the Follow-up Committee of the National and Islamic Forces in Gaza urged all citizens to participate next Friday in the March of Return protests to be held under the slogan “Loyalty to the Martyrs and the Wounded.”

The Committee affirmed that the March of Return events would continue to take place, adding that a mega-march for Jerusalem would be staged on June 5 to commemorate the 51st anniversary of its occupation by Israel.
