‘Dialog unhelpful in Palestine issue’

Iran’s outgoing President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the question of Palestine is the question of saving humanity itself, stressing that the issue cannot be solved through dialog.

According to IRIB, Ahmadinejad made the remarks in his International Quds Day speech addressing huge crowds of worshippers attending Friday Prayers at Tehran University.
He said it would be “naïve” to think that the issue of Palestine could be resolved through “talks and divvying up a territory”.
Ahmadinejad’s words came against the backdrop of US-sponsored talks between Zionist regime and Palestine.
Ahmadinejad noted that the Zionist regime has been created for the final goal of dominance on the Middle East.
He said the Western supporters of Zionist regime are sowing discord in Syria and Egypt in line with their efforts to establish a new Middle East.
