Education minister departs for Brazil

IRI Education Minister departed Tehran atop a delegation for Brazil Tuesday to participate at 6th Int’l Conference on Grown Ups’ Education, December 1-5, in Brazil’s Balm coast city.
Hamid Reza Baba’ie said at a press conference at Tehran’s International Imam Khomeini Airport, “The UNESCO sponsored 6th Int’l Conference on Grown Ups’ Education is held once every 12 or 13 years and it is the first time that Iran is participating as the deputy chairman of the conference, thanks to our country’s success in educating the grown ups in Iran.”
He added, “At this 154 member gathering 94 countries are participating at ministerial level this year.”
The accompanying delegation of the education minister includes members of Parliament’s Education Commission, MPs Asadollah Abbasi and Mohammad Ali Hayati, and the Head of the Education Ministry’s Remote Education Center Hassan Taqizadeh.
