Hamas: We will deal with any proposal for opening Rafah crossing

The Hamas Movement has reiterated its readiness to deal with any proposal solving the issue of the Rafah border crossing and ensuring free and decent movement of passengers.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri called in press remarks on Monday for pooling the efforts to ensure the opening of the Rafah crossing for real, instead of paying lip service.

Abu Zuhri described recent remarks by Fatah officials regarding the Rafah crossing as “unacceptable exploitation of the humanitarian suffering in Gaza.”
