In the wake of European Union’s hostile move against the military branch of Lebanon’s Hezbollah; Iran’s Majlis Speaker, Ali Larijani, slammed Europe’s move and noted that Europe toes the US line.
According to IRIB World Service, in an address to Majlis open session on Wednesday, Iran’s Majlis speaker said that European officials, via this move, discredited themselves among Muslims and the Europeans should be assured that Muslims will realize the righteousness of Hezbollah more than ever.
Larijani underscored that from its very foundation, Hezbollah defended the Lebanese nation against the Zionist regime, more than ever.
The speaker pointed out that obviously the honorable path against the Zionist regime of Israel led to the Islamic awakening because the humiliated Arab Muslims witnessed how a small combatant group defeated the Zionist regime of Israel, which in turn boosted the spirit of the Muslims and heralded bigger victories in the future.
