EU’s Juncker feels ‘betrayed by Greek egotism’


European Commission chief has criticized the Greek government, arguing that he feels “betrayed” by “egotism” shown by the Greek officials during talks between Athens and its international creditors.

“After all the efforts I deployed from the commission, I feel betrayed because these efforts were insufficiently taken into account,” Jean-Claude Juncker said during a press conference on Monday.
