Houthi Accuses Zionist Regime of Targeting Palestinian Children in Gaza
The head of Yemen's Ansarullah resistance movement has strongly criticized the continuing Israeli acts of violence against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. He stated that the regime is determined to target and destroy the lives of children and minors in the area.

In a live televised address from the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, on Thursday, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi warned that the complete blockade imposed by Israel has left thousands of children in Gaza at risk of dying from starvation.
Israeli operations appear primarily aimed at the forced displacement of the Palestinian population to fully occupy the Gaza Strip. Reports indicate that Israeli forces have been accused of genocide in the Gaza Strip over the past 20 months. The challenges faced by the Palestinian people have persisted over an extended period, spanning the last 77 years.
Ansarullah’s leader emphasized the importance of recognizing the prolonged grief and suffering of Palestinians, stating that the tragedy involving the deaths of nine children belonging to a Gazan doctor is only a part of the ongoing hardships faced by Palestinians.
Houthi has alleged that Israel deliberately targets refugees during late-night hours, similar to their intentional strikes on children.
In a statement, the commentator criticized what was described as a “Zionist mentality,” alleging that it has an issue with the presence of Palestinians in their homeland and is attempting to eliminate them.
Houthi has raised concerns about the severe risk of hunger facing thousands of children in the Gaza Strip, criticizing Israel’s newly implemented aid distribution system as “deceptive and theatrical.” The group claims the system is designed to manipulate the region’s resources and exacerbate starvation.
In other statements, the leader of Ansarullah condemned the rising acts of aggression by Israel in the West Bank, highlighting incidents of assassinations, abductions, and the destruction of private properties.
Reports have emerged alleging that individuals identified as Zionists are engaging in incursions into the homes of Palestinian families. These groups are accused of setting fires to both residences and agricultural produce.
Houthi authorities have asserted that Israel’s capture of the eastern section of al-Quds in the aftermath of the 1967 Six-Day War represents a significant grievance for the Muslim world. They emphasized that the Israeli adversary is overt in its intentions to dismantle the al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
He stated that the objective is explicit, with the measures for its realization being clear and apparent. The aim of the Israeli aggressions, he claimed, is to impose a Jewish character on the al-Aqsa Mosque and eradicate its Muslim identity.
Claims have emerged regarding excavations taking place at the base of the al-Aqsa Mosque, with allegations that the intention is to undermine the holy site. It has been stated that the number of tunnels under the compound and its vicinity has now reached 27. Accusations have been made suggesting that attempts to destabilize al-Aqsa Mosque are being carried out by Zionist forces.
The Houthi movement has announced that the Yemeni Armed Forces conducted a minimum of 14 operations this week targeting strategic locations deep within Israeli-occupied territories. These operations reportedly involved the use of hypersonic and ballistic missiles, alongside drones.
The leader of the Ansarullah group announced that their forces have targeted locations in Jaffa (Tel Aviv), Haifa, Ashkelon, and Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) within territories they consider occupied Palestinian land. The Red Sea remains closed to Israeli navigation, effectively restricting Israeli naval operations. It was noted that a significant portion of the maritime vessels transporting Israeli goods across the Red Sea are owned by five Arab and Muslim nations.
In a firm statement, Houthi emphasized that Israeli aggressive actions will not deter Yemeni operations in solidarity with the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. He urged all segments of Yemeni society to join in Friday’s mass demonstrations in support of al-Aqsa Mosque, Islamic holy sites, and the oppressed Palestinian people.
