Former Iraqi president and veteran Kurdish leader Jalal Talabani has been laid to rest in his hometown of Sulaymaniyah. Thousands of people, political figures and foreign diplomats, including Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif took part in the funeral ceremony.
