Solution for crisis ‘Syrian-Syrian’: Salehi

Islamic Republic of Iran’s Foreign Minister says solution to Syrian crisis is ‘Syrian-Syrian,’ and says it is necessary that foreign countries not to interfere in Syrian affairs.
In the press conference on the sideline of African Union Summit in Adis Ababa, Ethiopia, Ali Akbar Salehi answered Mehr News correspondent’s question on Syrian crisis. He pointed to Iran’s 6-pint plan for solving Syrian crisis, and stressed about the importance of its content.

“The solution for Syrian crisis is ‘Syrian-Syrian,’ and foreign countries should not interfere in Syrian affairs,” he said.

Western and Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar have committed massive crimes against Syrian people by sending weapons to terrorists.

Salehi also pointed to Egypt’s quadripartite plan to solve Syrian crisis, saying that “diplomatic consultations still continues on that plan.”

He provided comments on Iran and EU, 5+1 nuclear talk, and said “consultations about that is also ongoing between the parties and countries such as Kazakhstan, Switzerland, and some other countries have announced their readiness to host these talks.”
