Gaza: Zionist soldiers killed, army vehicles destroyed by QB fighters
Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said on Tuesday afternoon that groups of its fighters, who returned today from different battle fronts, managed to kill many soldiers and destroyed a number of army vehicles.
In a communiqué, al-Qassam Brigades said its fighters reported targeting and destroying seven tanks and armored vehicles with anti-armor projectiles and explosive devices, including a troop carrier, in Gaza City.
According to the Brigades, a group of al-Qassam fighters clashed with Israeli soldiers, who came to the rescue of their comrades inside a tank, and killed a number of them.
Al-Qassam fighters also engaged in fierce clashes with foot soldiers, killing at least 11 of them, wounding others and seizing weapons and gear in al-Shuja’iya neighborhood in Gaza City.
One of al-Qassam fighters was also able to kill a sniper with an RPG projectile.
In Khan Yunis, al-Qassam fighters detonated two anti-personnel explosive devices at 10 soldiers in the east of the city, killing and wounding them.
