Clashes reported between Palestinians and Zionist regime forces in Quds

Clashes between Palestinians and Israeli forces erupted in Occupied Jerusalem Monday evening following the death of the mother Dawabshe who died of her wounds after being burned inside her home by settlers.

The confrontations were also because Monday marked the first anniversary of the minor Mohammad Sunnukrut’s murder at the hands of Israeli soldiers.

Eyewitnesses revealed that confrontations broke out in Wadi al-Joz district, pointing out that the Israeli soldiers and security forces were deployed since the afternoon at the entries of Palestinian neighborhoods.

In the evening, limited clashes erupted in the district as the Israeli forces stormed the house of the martyr Sunnukrut and fired stun grenades at Palestinians who replied by fireworks and stone throwing.

In Silwan town of Occupied Jerusalem, Wadi Helweh Information Center – Silwan said the clashes broke out in Bir Ayoub district where Israeli soldiers fired sound bombs randomly. Two Palestinians were injured, as a result.

The Israeli soldiers assaulted three Palestinian minors while going back home in the neighborhood, the center disclosed.

Clashes were also reported in al-Tour town in Jerusalem where Palestinians threw firecrackers at Beit Orot outpost in al-Sewaneh district.
