Hajj is the emblem of unity

Iranian and Lebanese experts underscored the importance of unity and proximity in the Seminar of “Hajj and Islamic Awakening” held in Beirut, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

“Hajj gives Muslims this opportunity to promote their unity,” said head of Iran’s Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Mohammad Baqer Khorramshad.

Khorramshad underscored,” Hajj is one of our duties and all of us should use this chance in the best way possible.”

In the seminar, Lebanese Mufti, Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Ghabani spotlighted that Hajj paves the way for Muslims to get closer to each other.

“We should turn back to our religious identity, principles and roots,” said the Islamic scholar.

Sheikh Ghabani pointed to the recent movements and revolution in Muslim countries and said,” Islamic Awakening invites all Muslims, from different denominations, to cooperation and unity.”

The Lebanese Mufti also urged Muslims to support Palestinians people and make a move to release the Al Aqsa Mosque.

In this seminar, deputy of Hezbollah director, Shiekh Naeim Ghasem said,” the U.S is all Muslims’ enemy.”

“The America’s friends and allied cooperate with each other but unfortunate the enemies of the U.S are stand against each other and are not united,” said the Islamic scholar.

“Helping the U.S is actually helping the regime of Zionism,” Shiekh Naeim Ghasem underlined.

He called on Muslims to be united against their enemies and said Hajj is the emblem of unity among Muslims.
