Hamas deplores bomb attack on tour bus in Egypt

The Hamas Movement has condemned the bombing attack that targeted a tourist bus in Egypt on Friday evening, describing the attack as “wanton terrorist aggression.”

In a press release on Saturday, Hamas said that “the attack was aimed at Egypt’s security and stability, adding that “the sole beneficiary of such criminal act is the enemies of Egypt and the Arab and Islamic nations.”

The Movement also offered its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Egyptian people and their leadership and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.

A roadside blast on Friday killed four people, three Vietnamese tourists and a local tour guide, and injured at least 12 others on a bus near the Giza pyramids in Egypt.
