Hamas Spokesman: Israeli election results reflect the resistance victory

Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri, a spokesman for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, declared that the Israeli election results reflected the Palestinian resistance victory in the latest Israeli aggression on Gaza.

Abu Zuhri on Wednesday said, in an exclusive statement to the PIC reporter, that the retreat of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s election campaign translated the resistance victory.

The Knesset elections’ results showed that Netanyahu received a heavy blow by obtaining 31 seats for Likud Our Home’s list, losing 11 seats, so it would be difficult for Netanyahu to form a government based on the extremist right-wing parties.

He pointed out that in spite of the big difference between the Israeli parties, all the electoral programs of these parties agreed on the continuation of the aggression against Palestinian people.

“We will face this by activating the Palestinian national unity and the resistance option,” he said, expressing great confidence in the Palestinian victory, especially after the Israeli election results that reflected the Israeli widespread fragmentation and dispersion.
