Hamas: The Egyptian interior minister’s accusations are false and unfounded

The Hamas Movement categorically denied Egyptian claims that it had provided military training and logistic support for members of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood in the Gaza Strip.

“The accusations that were made by the Egyptian interior ministry against the Hamas Movement about providing logistic support for the perpetrators of Al-Dakahlia bombing are false and unfounded,” Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri stated in a press release on Thursday.

The spokesman emphasized that the Egyptian officials keep making accusations against Hamas in an attempt to export their failure to address their country’s internal problems to Gaza.
