Sunni Cleric: Unity, sole way for standing against Takfiri moves

Head of the “Islamic act” movement, Sheikh Zahir Jaeid in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) underscored the telling role of Unity in foiling the plots hatched by the enemies, stating that, “Unity and rapprochement is the sole way to standing against Takfiri measures and also returning to the Islamic principles and teachings”.

The religious cleric slammed the sacrilegious moves and measures some terroristic groups perpetrated against the Islamic holy faces and places.

“In the here and now we are observing sacrilegious act against Muslims’ religious holy places including the grave of Islam Prophets’ (PBUH) followers and friends,” Sheikh Zahir Jaeid mentioned.

“All these measures indicate how much Takfiri groups are close minded,” said the Lebanese religious scholar.

To the Lebanese eminent cleric, the latent aim behind such willful measures is making a distance between Muslims from different Islamic denominations and sects.

The religious scholar went on to say that Takfiri takes and thoughts aim at Muslims unity, making Muslims busy with civil wars.

Sheikh Jaeid mentioned that only the regime of Zionism get benefits from this scale of dispersion and division among Muslims.

“The standing unity and rapprochement among Muslims intimidated the regime of Zionism, so the regime had resorted to concocting machination among Muslims,” he pointed out.

“The only way for foiling the standing plots and schemes among Muslims is unity and rapprochement, refraining from dispersion and backing to the roots and principles of Islam,” added Sheikh Jaeid.

The religious cleric wrapped up his remarks by putting stress on this line that “ the result of measures committed by the Takfiri groups will only bring benefits for the regime of Zionism”.
