The speech, at 17:30 on Friday, will be broadcast via Al-Manar, Hezbollah Media Relations Office announced on Thursday.
Sayyed Nasrallah was scheduled to speak on Wednesday night. However, and after the massive blasts at Beirut Port took place on Tuesday, it was delayed.
Lebanon has been in mourning as Beirut was ravaged by the huge blasts which rocked its port, killing at least 137 people and injuring more than 5,000 others. Dozens have been also still missing.
