Hezbollah launches attack on key zionist air force installation in unprecedented move
In a notable escalation, Hezbollah has launched a substantial rocket attack targeting a key Israeli air force base, marking its first such strike. This move is part of the group's response to what it perceives as the regime's ongoing hostilities.

On Tuesday, the movement declared that it had targeted the HaHotrim base, a significant installation of the Israeli Air Force. This facility is known to house critical equipment, transport units, and an engine manufacturing plant.
The military base is situated to the south of the city of Haifa, which is currently under occupation, and is roughly 40 kilometers from the border between Lebanon and Palestine.
Hezbollah announced that the recent assault is a continuation of their Khaybar series operations, targeting the regime’s critical intelligence facilities and other strategic sites.
Hezbollah conducted a coordinated offensive by deploying a group of assault drones targeting the command center of the Ramim Brigade at the Hunin barracks. The operation reportedly achieved precise strikes on its intended objectives.
The organization additionally struck a logistics hub belonging to the 146th Division, situated to the north of Sheikh Dannun village, east of Nahariya.
Resistance forces launched a missile barrage targeting the Shraga base, located north of the occupied city of Akka.
Hezbollah has included the Tel Nof air base, situated south of Tel Aviv, as a target in its ongoing operations against the regime.
According to reports from Israeli media outlets, two armed settlers have been confirmed dead following an incident in Nahariya. Additionally, several other individuals sustained injuries in the event.
These assaults are a reaction to the intensified and lethal actions of the Israeli government against Lebanon, which have led to more than 3,000 Lebanese casualties since the outbreak of hostilities in October 2023.
Following the assassination of Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in September, the group has significantly escalated its retaliatory operations.
The group has vowed to continue its strikes until the alleged genocide in Gaza is halted, the blockade is lifted, and hostilities against Lebanon cease.
