Iran, self-sufficient in production of plasma

Minister of Health and Medical Education announced on Saturday Iran’s self-sufficient in production of plasma and two other products of it.

Addressing a ceremony to mark Iran’s self-sufficient in production of plasma, Marzieh Vahid Dastjerdi said Iran produces all needed plasma from the donated bloods by people in the country.

She added that Iran also produces all needed Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) from Iranian-made plasma.
