Mouaz Al-Khateb Resignation a new plot?

The question is that Mouaz Al- Khateb gave his resignation petition to whoms because in resignation there is a relationship between superiors and subordinates. The Superiors accept or reject the resignation of subordinates. Now that the resignation of Mouaz Al- Khateb was the designation of new so-called Premier Syrian born American citizen Gassan Hitto, it can’t be the new Premier who will accept the Khateb’s resignation because Khateb do not recognize him (the reason for Khateb’s resignation). At this point it can be said that there is no other superior to the so- called new Premier Hitto then who is/ are the one(s) to accept the resignation by Al- Khateb?
Can it be the Qatari Emir who was the first one to say Al- Khateb to think in details for his resignation? But muslim(?), democratic(?) Al- Khateb who is fond of his freedom(?), won’t accept(?) Qatari emirate who is at serve with the biggest base of US in the region! One more possible person assigned by US the puppet George Sabra who is already disrigarded by any Syrians.
Yes the answer for the Freedom ones is so clear, easy: “A new game of zionism”
Yes the answer for the ones putting their minds in others is nonsense such as: “Syrian People accept the resignation”
As we know that during His trip to one of Syrian towns no one knew him and everyone disrigarded Al- Khateb despite his leaderhip(?) period.
