Suicide Car Bomber Kills 3 Foreign Troops in Afghan Capital

A suicide car bomber killed three foreign troops in an attack on a convoy near the US embassy in the Afghan capital of Kabul on Tuesday, the NATO-led coalition said.

The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
