Iran Breaks US, Israel’s Monopoly on White Weapons

Iranian inventors announced that they have designed and developed non-firearm weapons, dubbed as white arms, and broke the monopoly of the US and Israel over the technology.

Speaking to FNA on Sunday, Seyed Hessam Boustani, the official in charge of research and technology of Ahmad Ibn Mousa (PBUH) Basjic Resistance Center in Iran’s Southern city of Shiraz said that the center’s inventors have designed and manufactured white arms.

Boustani added that the 50cm weapon has a range of 100 meter, weighs 3kg and has an antenna to send electronic waves.

White arms or white weapons is a common term for any non-firearm type weapon whose primary use is as a tool. The official did not explain more about the nature and use of the weapon, but said that it uses laser rays to disrupt and jam operation of electronic parts and radios.

Laser markers used to guide missiles and bombs are amongst the same white arms.

Boustani stated that the weapon which is not dangerous for men and is used by military forces, social security, street wars and run and chase operations as well as rapid reaction units.

The official further stressed that production of the weapon was under the monopoly of the US and Israel, which used it for guiding electronic bombs.
