Iran condoles Pakistan over killer quake

Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham on Wednesday expressed sympathy with Pakistani government and nation over the devastating earthquake that hit the country’s southwestern Balochistan province on Tuesday.

According to IRNA, she voiced the Islamic Republic of Iran’s readiness to send aid supply to the quake-hit areas.
A strong earthquake, measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale hit Pakistani southwestern province on Tuesday, killing over 217 people and injuring a larger number.
