Hamas calls for Friday of anger

The Hamas Movement has called on Palestinian people to largely participate in the protests of anger to be held on Friday marking 100 days since the US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

In a press release on Thursday, Hamas urged Palestinian masses in occupied West Bank to rally in large numbers to flashpoint areas after Friday prayer.

The group stressed the urgent need to continue protests throughout occupied territories till thwarting all plots against Palestinian cause.

The Palestinian national and Islamic forces also called for mass participation in West Bank rallies, urging Palestinians to respond to the US move with all possible means following Friday prayers.

Since the US administration declared its Israeli capital recognition, angry protests have been taking place on a daily basis in different areas of the occupied Palestinian territories as well as in the eastern border areas of Gaza.
