Iran Launches Intense Strikes on Key Sites in Tel Aviv and Haifa Amid True Promise III Campaign

During the height of Operation True Promise III, Iranian long-range missiles successfully penetrated several layers of Israeli air defenses early Wednesday morning. The strikes resulted in the destruction of multiple targets across the occupied territories.
The most recent phase of the retaliatory operation, launched in response to aggressive actions by the Israeli regime against the Islamic Republic, began at around 1:30 a.m. Iran time, following an initiation late on Friday.
Numerous videos have emerged on social media platforms, revealing the skies over Tel Aviv and Haifa illuminated by a series of long-range, advanced missiles reportedly launched by Iran. These missiles appear to have penetrated Israel’s robust three-tiered missile defense system, despite stringent media censorship measures enforced by Israeli authorities.
A number of missiles, some making their debut in this operation, accurately struck their designated targets, which included military and intelligence facilities affiliated with the regime.
Photos shared on social media revealed large plumes of smoke and flames rising from several crucial Israeli military intelligence sites.
Israeli media reports have indicated discontent among settlers towards the ‘Home Command,’ alleging frustration over the delayed activation of sirens, which prevented prompt access to underground bunkers for safety measures.
An Israeli Telegram channel shared footage showcasing Iranian missiles striking their intended targets. In the accompanying commentary, they encouraged viewers to “observe and tally the number of interceptor missiles launched by the air defense system, eventually witnessing the Iranian missile evading them to successfully reach its targets.”
Iranian military forces have adopted a range of innovative strategies to effectively counter American-assisted Israeli missile defense systems. Since June 13, these systems have reportedly been unable to successfully intercept missiles launched from Iran.
On Wednesday morning, missiles were reported flying over the skies of the occupied West Bank. During the event, Palestinians were observed celebrating and expressing joy as Iranian missiles were seen heading toward Tel Aviv and Haifa.
According to a report by Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, the recent series of Iranian retaliatory actions is considered “unusual,” marked by loud explosions within the occupied territories.
In the eleventh phase of the operation, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) conducted further actions mere hours after declaring targeted strikes on several Israeli military airbases situated in the occupied territories, as part of the tenth phase of True Promise III.
In a broadcast statement, an officer from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that airbases used for recent acts of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran were targeted on Tuesday.
Ahead of the recent series of missile launches, Iran’s senior military leader issued a strong warning to Israel and its Western supporters on Tuesday, announcing that “punitive operations” against the regime are imminent.
Major General Sayyid Abdolrahim Mousavi, recently appointed as the Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces, announced in a televised address that the military actions undertaken since Friday have acted as a deterrent warning, with actual punitive operations expected to commence shortly.
The leader asserted that Iran has a historical legacy of resisting aggression and vowed that the country would respond decisively to what he described as a brutal act, promising the Zionist regime would face repercussions.
The recent retaliatory strikes formed part of the tenth phase of Operation True Promise III, initiated late on Friday as a countermeasure against unprovoked Israeli aggression targeting Iran. This aggression resulted in the deaths of several senior military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians.
