Iran army commander announced plans to initiate comprehensive anti-terror operations across land, air, and sea over the course of 2 months

This large-scale initiative, aimed at targeting terrorist organizations, is scheduled to persist for the forthcoming two months.

Brigadier General Ali Shadmani, the deputy coordinator of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, announced on Sunday that upcoming operations are set to commence immediately and will proceed according to a predetermined schedule over the following two months.

He stated that elite units would participate in these operations, during which the command network of these forces will undergo evaluation.

The commander has announced that cutting-edge technologies, equipment, and techniques will be employed across all operations. These initiatives are designed to uphold and strengthen the readiness of the Armed Forces.

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force has commenced extensive military exercises in Iran’s western Kermanshah province. The operations involve units from the Army’s Ground Force stationed in the eastern and western regions, alongside the IRGC forces positioned in the west, southwest, and southern sectors. Additionally, tens of thousands of Basij volunteers, integrated into provincial guard units, are set to take part in these large-scale exercises spanning various provinces.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Force initiated an extensive and specialized counter-terrorism operation, named Payambar-e-A’azam (Great Prophet) 19, on Saturday in Iran’s western province of Kermanshah. The exercise aims to enhance combat readiness and bolster defense capabilities in anticipation of potential security threats to the nation.

The IRGC Ground Force has deployed several specialized divisions and units, including those from the Mirza Kuchak Khan Brigades, to partake in ongoing military exercises.

Iranian military forces are conducting scheduled exercises across different regions of the country to assess their weapon systems and equipment, while also evaluating their combat readiness.

Iranian officials have consistently emphasized their stance on bolstering the nation’s military prowess, including its missile arsenal, asserting these measures are purely defensive in nature. They have further declared that the country’s defense capabilities remain non-negotiable.
