Iran gains full access to laser technology

Islamic Republic of Iran has gained full access to laser technology, officials of the center for laser science and technology announced on Sunday.

The new success of the Iranian scientists was announced at the sidelines of a laser achievements exhibition inaugurated by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in the permanent site of Tehran International Fair.

The exhibition is the fruit of large steps taken by the Iranian youths in domesticating modern industrial and medical laser sciences.

Powerful disc laser, optical fiber laser, powerful semi-conductor laser, modern optical parts and precise intercalation are among the technologies exhibited in the event.
