IRGC Asserts Maximum Combat Readiness in Warning to Adversaries
On the 46th anniversary of its founding, Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has announced its peak state of operational readiness. The force has reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to the defense of the Islamic Republic and a resolute stance against any adversaries.

Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, a spokesperson for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), highlighted the organization’s extensive state of readiness during a media briefing on Tuesday.
The IRGC will continue to serve as the unwavering guardian of the nation’s Islamic Revolution and its accomplishments. The forces are committed to safeguarding both the sacred boundaries and the ethos of the Revolution.
The comments reiterated earlier statements by the official this month, emphasizing that Iran’s national security and defense capabilities remain non-negotiable. These are firm red lines that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.
**Aerospace Division: Enhancing Deterrence Capabilities**
Naeini underscored noteworthy progress within the IRGC’s Aerospace Division, emphasizing the impact of last year’s Operation True Promise I & II. These operations were direct responses to Israeli actions on Iranian territory.
In a recent briefing, enhancements were outlined which encompass extending the range and diversity of the division’s radar systems, broadening its electro-optical systems, integrating state-of-the-art air defense, drone, missile, and communications equipment, and advancing the development of medium- and long-range ballistic missile systems with an emphasis on solid-fuel technology.
The division successfully advanced its ground-launched cruise missile and anti-ship ballistic capabilities, while also expanding its missile bases and optimizing its Su-22 fighter aircraft, according to the spokesperson.
**Ground Force: Border Security Advancement**
In remarks highlighting the IRGC Ground Force’s significant role, Naeini emphasized its crucial contribution to ensuring border security, particularly in the southeastern areas.
The force has undertaken a series of military exercises, such as the Martyrs of Security and Great Prophet-19, and engaged in collaborative drills with neighboring nations to bolster its combat competencies related to air defense, drone operations, missile systems, and electronic warfare, he stated.
***Enhancing Naval Capabilities: Unveiling the Drone Carrier Warship***
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy has displayed its maritime capabilities with the introduction of the drone carrier vessel Shahid Bagheri, according to an official statement.
The vessel, originally a commercial ship, has been transformed to include an angled flight deck with a ski-jump ramp. It is designed to accommodate several squadrons of drones, helicopters, and cruise missiles. Additionally, it is capable of traveling up to 22,000 nautical miles without needing to refuel.
In the meantime, Naeini highlighted the naval division’s undertaking of “oceanic missions utilizing the Shahid Mahdavi military vessel, the integration of advanced electronic warfare systems into its vessels, and the execution of complex and specialized naval exercises.”
The Corps’ Navy has successfully dispatched combat flotillas to international waters, traversed the equator, advanced in the development of unmanned vessel technology, and effectively combated smuggling operations.
**Quds Force: A Transnational Entity**
In a statement emphasizing the significance of the Quds Force, Naeini reiterated its pivotal role in Iran’s steadfast backing of the Palestinian struggle for liberation from Israeli occupation and aggression.
The Quds Force remains steadfast in its commitment to the Palestinian cause, a central issue for the Islamic community. Their initiatives encompass not only the spiritual support for Palestinian resistance fighters but also the provision of humanitarian aid to Lebanon and Palestine. Additionally, they extend assistance to those affected by what they describe as Zionist atrocities, underscoring the force’s mission as a transnational entity dedicated to supporting the oppressed.
