Iran: Resistance emerges as decisive victor in conflict with Israel

In a recent statement, the deputy commander for Coordination Affairs of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force declared that the Resistance Front emerged as the definitive victor in the conflict against the Israeli regime.

During a cultural-religious ceremony held on Friday night to honor the memory of Iranian martyrs, Brigadier General Iraj Masjedi delivered a speech.

In a recent statement, Masjedi emphasized that the people of Iran remain committed to honoring their martyrs and are resolute in continuing their legacy.

He underscored that the martyrs have fulfilled their mission, and it is now our responsibility to honor their memory and legacy. He stressed the importance of safeguarding the nation’s security and authority with unwavering commitment.

In reference to the recent ceasefire agreement aimed at halting hostilities in the Gaza Strip, he emphasized the triumph claimed by the Palestinian nation and Resistance forces in the Arab region over the Zionist adversaries.

Reports indicate that Israel’s recent military actions in Gaza have not met their established objectives, focusing instead on extensive aerial bombardments which have resulted in significant civilian casualties, numbering in the thousands.

He stated that one million Zionists have been displaced and reported that 250,000 individuals have departed from the occupied Palestinian territories, declaring that they would not be returning.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet has sanctioned an agreement with Hamas to establish a ceasefire in Gaza, following a protracted conflict lasting over 460 days. During this period, Israeli military operations have resulted in the deaths of more than 46,788 Palestinians, with 110,453 individuals reported injured.

In an extensive session lasting over six hours, the Israeli cabinet officially approved a ceasefire agreement early Saturday morning, as confirmed by a statement from the office of Prime Minister Netanyahu. The cabinet has endorsed a framework facilitating the return of prisoners, with plans for their release set to commence on Sunday.
