Iran Air Defense units quick on the trigger

A senior Iranian commander says the country’s air defense units are fully prepared to ward off any acts of aggression against the Islamic Republic’s territory.
Speaking on Tuesday night, Brigadier General Farzad Esmaili, the commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Base, said that Iran is keeping a watchful eye on any sorts of threats from land, air and sea.
“If enemy seeks to invade our territory, it will receive a slap in the face from Iran’s Armed Forces,” Esmaili said, adding that the country’s Air Defense units are “quick on the trigger” to counter any threats.
