The Iranian children attended a pro-Palestinian gathering in Tehran’s Milad Tower dubbed as ‘Children of Gaza, Children of Iran to show solidarity with their fellow Palestinian kids.

The Iranian children also voiced their sympathy with those suffering under oppression in the enclave.

On Thursday, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif condemned the recent Israeli attacks on the oppressed Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, and said “child-killing” and genocide are the only things that the Zionist regime can do.

Zarif’s remarks came in reaction to the western countries’ silence on Israel’s atrocities against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

“Tradition of child killing is only practiced by wretched stone-hearted criminals who disregard the entire humane values and reply to children’s cries of wrath through gun, tank, and cannon barrels,” Zarif said in a message to a gathering of Iranian children in Tehran’s Milad Tower named as ˈGaza Children, Iranian Children’s special program.

He noted that those wretched child-killer criminals put a straw dome on their heads, and then from land, air and sea destroy the homes of the Gaza children and set ablaze their small veils.

In a similar message to the same event, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani rapped the western countries for their biased stances against the Human Rights conditions in different world countries.

“It is not only human being which is killed in Gaza, but it is the humanity as a value being victimized,” the Iranian president said in his message.

He called on the western governments to support the oppressed people of Palestine despite the interests they have in alliance with Israel.

“Bombardment of schools and killing of children in Gaza is a clear example of genocide in the world today,” President Rouhani said.

The President called for the implementation of Iran’s proposal dubbed as ˈWorld Against Violence And Extremismˈ to control extremism and terrorism in the world.

Since the Israeli airstrikes against Gaza began 32 days ago, there have been at least 1,900 Palestinians killed, 11,000 injured and 520,000 forced to flee their homes

Israel and Hamas appeared at odds Thursday over prolonging a 72-hour Gaza ceasefire, with Hamas resistance group insisting on fulfillment of all pending stipulations.
