Iranian Expert introduced as the supreme scientist in the Islamic World

Fereidoun Azizi, Ph.D. from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (SBUM) recognized and introduced as the supreme scientist in the Islamic World, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The Islamic World Scientific Citation (ISC) center selected and has recently announced his name in the recent conference of Science Ministers of Muslim countries which was held in Soudan.

“Prior to the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, we ranked 50th in the world but we could raise our place to 16th through considering the guidance of the late Imam Khomeini (RA) which was based on the necessity of believing to our abilities and talents,” Fereidoun Azizi underscored.

The University Professor underlined that during the past 30 years, he has published 1006 articles and books and this issue was probably one of the reason of selecting him as the Supreme Scientist in the Islamic World.

It is worth to noting that Fereidoun Azizi also has been selected as the face of persistent in 2005.
