Yemen's Foreign Minister has issued a statement denouncing the latest U.S. airstrikes targeting Sana’a. The minister emphasized that countries backing the Zionist regime's aggressive actions are equally accountable for the resulting violations and atrocities.

Jamal Ahmed Ali Amer declared on the social media platform X, previously known as Twitter, on Sunday, that any nation aiding the Zionist regime in its offensive actions against Sana’a is complicit and must bear the consequences of its involvement in such aggression.
He further cautioned Western nations regarding the grave repercussions of their backing for Israel’s continued military actions against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. He asserted that such support would incur significant costs and urged these countries to prepare for a robust retaliatory response.
A senior Yemeni diplomat criticized the actions of the Israeli regime, describing its recent talks of targeting sites within Yemen as a demonstration of fear and failure. The diplomat noted that the regime has resorted to bombing facilities that were previously attacked, highlighting its sense of defeat.
The comments followed an announcement by the United States military regarding a recent series of airstrikes targeting several sites in Yemen’s capital, Sana’a. The operation reportedly hit a missile storage facility as well as a “command-and-control” center.
The United States Central Command (CENTCOM), responsible for directing American military activities in the West Asia region, announced that it successfully intercepted and neutralized several one-way drones and an anti-ship cruise missile over the Red Sea.
The Yemeni Minister of Information has issued a stern condemnation of the recent United States military airstrikes targeting Sana’a.
Hashem Sharaf al-Din has suggested that Americans have yet to learn from previous errors and may continue to experience setbacks in their engagements with Yemenis.
**”Potential Repercussions Looming”**
A high-ranking figure from the Ansarullah resistance movement has issued a stark warning to the United States and Israel, asserting that any escalation of tensions or expansion of aggressive actions against Yemen will result in significant repercussions for both nations.
Hizam al-Assad has announced that his organization is fully prepared to engage in an all-out conflict.
Officials in Sana’a have stated that the city remains unperturbed by the potential escalation of conflict, suggesting instead that the United States should be concerned. Given America’s extensive interests and assets in the region, it is argued that these might face greater risk amid rising tensions.
He stated, “We do not fear the possibility of a full-scale war being waged against us. It is the United States and the Zionist regime that should be concerned about the potential outcome of such a conflict, as it would not be advantageous for them.”
He emphasized that the United States has significant interests in West Asia, noting that the survival of the Tel Aviv regime is dependent on maintaining a balance of security, military dominance, and deterrence—factors that he suggests are no longer present.
Recent attacks involving the United States, the United Kingdom, and Israel on Yemen are indicative of their strategic setbacks and confusion, according to officials. They further stated that Yemen’s military abilities and strength remain a source of confidence, showing no concerns over its defensive prowess.
Yemeni military capacities and equipment have been enhanced to withstand challenging wartime scenarios, according to Assad. He emphasized that domestically-produced Yemeni munitions are being securely stored, with the country’s varied natural landscapes aiding in ensuring their protection.
The people of Yemen have publicly expressed their support for Palestine’s fight against Israeli occupation following the initiation of an intense military campaign by Israel in Gaza on October 7, 2023. This came in response to Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, conducted by resistance movements within the Palestinian territory.
The Ansarullah movement has stated that its maritime operations are directed at vessels associated with Israel, the United States, or the United Kingdom. This action is purportedly aimed at compelling an end to what they describe as the Tel Aviv regime’s genocidal warfare in Gaza.
The Yemeni armed forces have declared their intent to persist with their assaults until Israel ceases its ground and air operations in Gaza.
